Chelsea Place Memory Care

Chelsea Place Memory Care Chelsea Place Memory Care in Aurora, Colorado, provides specialized care for individuals with dementia-related memory loss.

Our community offers a supportive and compassionate environment designed to meet the unique needs of memory care residents. At Chelsea Place we are known for encouraging a high level of social interaction within and outside our community. We do this because we know that interaction is so important to helping people with cognitive impairment reconnect with themselves, their family members, and with

everyone around them. We give special focus to intergenerational interaction opportunities through regular visits to the local elementary school. These visits often stir memories that residents will share with children. There is always much laughter and joy, from young and old. But calm, rejuvenating interactions are also important. And we take our residents to enjoy regular walks at nearby Cherry Creek Park and Reservoir where they can stop to smell the flowers in bloom and experience the changing seasons.
