Full Circle Ladies Retreat
Join Verena Saturday September 14, 10:30 am - 4:00 pm

Come join us for a one day retreat of healing and light! We will create art together! You do not have to be an amazing artist to participate in this activity. It is more about using your right brain and your creative flow. It doesn't matter what that looks like. It is an authentic expression of you here and now! We will engage in guided meditation, breathing techniques, and a brief writing exercise. We will practice a snapshot of Qigong practice to calm the mind and bring vitality to your entire being! Next, there will be open discussion and communication prompted by dharma and spiritual teaching. After which we will practice some connection exercises. But wait there is more! We will do restorative yoga and a sound alchemy journey during an extended soothing Savasana! In closing we will have more discussion and integration.
