In the Mercy Medical Center imaging department a patient waiting for her mammogram shared how much she appreciates Joanna, our Lead Mammographer. She described how Joanna takes the time to explain each step, offer reassurance, and create an environment where she feels comfortable.

When her exam was complete, the patient walked out smiling and shared, "Joanna is the reason I come back each year, but my positive experience starts the moment I walk through the door at Mercy."
