A way to sum up my legendary adventure of recovery through Hazelbrook is one of a kind. Finally experiencing the moment that I was DONE, I thought I would never see that day. Traveling through every step of Hazelbrook from TSZ (FAZE ONE), PHP (PARTIAL HOSPITALIZATION PROGRAM), ACP (ADVANCED CARE PROGRAM), FRESH START, to graduating LEADERSHIP, and finishing AMBASSADORS. Finding myself hungry to locate my triggers was an understatement!!
