Today, we're celebrating an exciting milestone— Hannah's 11 years of sobriety! Over the last few years, she has poured her heart into fostering a strong, family-like community in both our men's and women's houses. When asked what recovery means to her she said "God and the 12 steps have given me everything that I ever dreamed of. I have a beautiful family, husband, daughter, son (on the way), friendships, and most importantly I'm truly happy and free today. My disease doesn't control me and I'm able to use my experiences to help others"

⭐️Member Spotlight⭐️
Sunday was a special day at G3 Recovery! Senior member, Bennett O. successfully graduated our program and is onto his next chapter in life! Upon leaving, Bennett shared these words.

“G3 has been a saving grace for me. I came to austin for treatment, originally, to start fresh. I am now finishing up around 7.5 months at sober living here. Not only did G3 provide respite for me during a dark time, it helped me transition out of it.

The community support has been like family for me. Matt, the owner of G3, is probably one of the most involved owners of a residence I have ever been involved in. Countless minutes, phone calls, and time he has spent on me. He invests in everyone there.

As far as day to days go, there is structure, and accountability provided, but there is also autonomy given on an individual basis depending on how well your recovery is going. There are even occasional community events. I’ve lived there through a Christmas white elephant gift exchange, s***t shooting, paintball, and a few dinners Matt and Hannah have coordinated and planned for the house.

I’m now coming up on a year sober (2 weeks) which, I’ve never been able to do before. I can most certainly say that this place has been instrumental in helping me achieve this milestone, and prepare for the next chapter in my life.”
