Introducing Cindy Jones, LPC-Associate supervised by Eva Escobedo, LPC-S.

Cindy’s approach to therapy is kind, relational and supportive. She focuses on areas of identity development, trauma and attachment. Cindy specializes in working with adolescents and views therapy as a collaboration and invites clients to set the pace for a healing process that feels authentic to them.

In sessions, she explores with clients breathing exercises, play, movement, and art as a way to ground and build connections. Her aim is to help clients feel comfortable expressing their inner thoughts, feelings, and sensations so that they may authentically engage in meaningful relationships and self-compassion.
