Did you know that needles do not stay in for more than a second in Five Element Acupuncture? A quick in and out! That's all! 😲⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Which is why it is a great option for people with needle phobia. Needling coincides with a small dull ache that lasts only a moment 🙏🏼And if you have needle phobia, fear not!
