The Youth Resource Center is a drop-in space for young people ages 24 and under who are experiencing homelessness or housing instability.

At the YRC, you can:
🛋️Recharge: grab a meal, rest, and take a breather
👚Get essentials: access snacks, hygiene items, and other basics.
🤝Find support: Talk to someone who can help with housing, resources, and next steps.

Everything is free. Come as you are! No appointments needed.

📣 Accepting Summer Referrals for Children & Families Across Texas

I’m excited to offer an 8-session Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) & Mindfulness Series for students entering Kindergarten–8th Grade.

These are individualized 45-minute therapy sessions designed to help children strengthen emotional awareness, build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and learn practical tools for managing life’s challenges.

Topics include:
🧠 Understanding emotions and the brain
😌 Mindfulness and coping skills
😠 Managing anger and big feelings
💪 Confidence and self-esteem
💬 Positive self-talk and affirmations
🤝 Friendship skills and bullying prevention
🏠 School and home safety planning

Services are available:
✔️ Virtual across Texas
✔️ In-person in Arlington, TX
✔️ Flexible scheduling
✔️ Pay after each session

With over 5 years of experience working with children and families, including justice-impacted youth and families, I am passionate about helping young people build resilience, confidence, and emotional wellness.
