Join Honey on Sundays in July for Baby + Me: Move + Connect, a 3-week yoga and postpartum wellness workshop series at 12p-1:30p.s

Sundays from 12pm - 1:30pm
week 1: 7/12
week 2: 7/19
week 3: 7/26

This workshop will be guided by honey bee, a mother, doula, community (re)educator and facilitator of infant-inclusive postpartum community support spaces that focus on togetherness + bonding with tiny humans.

What to expect from this Series:
🪷 get to know honey bee
🪷 space for babies to BE
🪷 community togetherness
🪷 infant-inclusive gentle yoga
🪷 dedicated community social space to bond with your baby other families, reflect and share milestones
🪷 educational support space held by community leaders in lactation/feeding, infant massage, infant development, baby wearing and sound healing.

Due to the nature of infant-inclusive offerings, this space is limited to families of precrawlers (0-6m).
