πŸ“† Save The Date! Integral Care will be hosting a free, virtual Mental Health First Aid training on Tuesday, July 7, 2026. This training module will be for Youth MHFA.

Mental Health First Aid gives people the tools they need to be present for friends, family, colleagues, and community members. This particular module will include information to best support youth and young adults aged 12-18 and 18-25 who may be in the early stages of a mental health problem or experiencing a crisis.
