🎳 THE 2026–2027 BOWLING SEASON IS UNDERWAY! 🎳

We got so excited about getting back on the lanes last week that we forgot to share the news! 😄

Our Mower County Special Olympics Bowling season officially kicked off last week, and we are excited to have 58 bowlers participating this season! 🎉

Even more exciting, 30 of our athletes will be heading to the Special Olympics Minnesota State Bowling Tournament on Saturday, November 21, at WOW! Zone in Mankato! 🏅

Bowling is about so much more than strikes and spares. It's about friendships, teamwork, building confidence, having fun, and celebrating everyone's accomplishments!

We can't wait to see what this season brings! Please join us in cheering on all 58 of our bowlers and wishing our 30 state tournament athletes the best of luck! 💙💚

FREE CAREER PLANNING WORKSHOP FOR FAMILIES OF YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES
Location: (Mower County): CareerForce in Austin located within Riverland Community College, 1600 8th Ave NW, Austin, MN, 55912 (Classroom East C-107)
Date: Monday, October 26, 2026
Time: 6-7:30 p.m

PACER and Minnesota CareerForce youth program staff will offer a free, in-person career planning workshop for parents and families of transition-aged youth with disabilities ages 14–24.
Families will learn about employment services and supports and practical ways to help their young person build a path toward future success.
