Somewhere between January and now, your shoulders crept up toward your ears.
Nobody announces the halfway mark of the year but the body keeps a record of it. The tension carried through busy seasons, the movement habits that quietly slipped, the pace that never really let up.
The nervous system adapts to all of it. It doesn't complain. It holds on. Over time, that holding shows up as tightness and less ease in the way we move.
Mid-year is a natural moment to check in. Not to overhaul anything, just to notice.
Most of the people I see this time of year aren't in pain. They're simply ready to feel a little more like themselves again.
If that sounds familiar, I'd be glad to support you. Booking link is in my profile.
