While this list is not encompassing regarding all of the conditions where the use of dry needles is beneficial, it's a great place to start. The two most prevalent reasons we use the technique at Pro Motion is to reduce pain and to accelerate the healing process. Clients will likely receive dry needling in addition to manual therapy and a specific stretching and strengthening program, but can include several other treatments, as well.
