We provide short and long-term skilled nursing care that helps older adults achieve true wellness. We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference.

Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

A simple phone call, visit, shared activity, or check-in with a neighbor can go a long way in helping someone feel supported and connected.

Our amazing team sported their favorite sports jerseys and team colors, bringing excitement and friendly rivalry! No matter which team we cheer for, we're all on the same winning team when it comes to caring for those we serve! 🏆️

👻 Our spooky candy collector made his way around the building asking everyone to “Feed me candy!” 🍫🍬🍭

Residents and team members had a thrilling time filling his pumpkin bucket with sweet treats, sharing lots of smiles and laughter along the way. Can you believe it—he’s still hungry?! 😄

In honor of National Physical Therapy Month, our amazing Therapy team led a special, indoor exercise session, showing residents some fun and easy ways to stay active! From stretching and leg exercises to low-impact games and activities, everyone joined in and had a wonderful time. 🎈✨

🎨🎃 A little paint, a lot of creativity, and plenty of fall spirit! Patients and residents turned pumpkins into colorful works of art with playful faces, bright patterns, and pretty bows. Each pumpkin had its own unique style! ✨
