My to-do list for the week! All the things outside of therapizing. Ive already got a few things done, but I still have a few more to go.
Admin stuff can feel overwhelming, but these 2 small shifts have really made a big difference.
1 - I don’t see clients on Fridays! I am still working, but it’s usually me catching up on this list. It’s nice to know at the end of the week I have some set aside time to do these tasks so I don’t have to squeeze them all into my days when I am more focused on client care.
2 - obviously… making a list for the week saves me. It’s such a simple hack but it really is so helpful! Anything on the list for this week that doesn’t get done gets moved to the next week, or I will ask for help to complete it (shoutout body doubling for our adhd queens!!) OR just leave it off the next list cuz it might not have been that important anyways 😂 what is your favorite way to tackle a bunch of tasks?
Also - yes these 3 books are the perfect height for my iPad during telehealth sessions. Shoutout DSM for being a great ipad support 😂💁🏻♀️
