There is something truly special about the people this community brings together.

Our recent fishing trip was a perfect reminder of that. It wasn't just our leadership team and their children and grandchildren who came out to make memories. We had associates who volunteered to come in on their day off to help, some bringing their own kids along, as well as members of our Silverado Austin Hospice and Select Rehab therapy teams who joined the fun.

Days like these fill our hearts. They remind us that what makes this community so special isn't just the work we do, it's the people who do it alongside us. The compassion, teamwork and genuine care for one another extends far beyond the walls of the community.

Thank you to all teams who took time out of your day to help make this day possible. We are grateful for this incredible community we've built together. ❤

🐟Happy Father's Day!!!!🐟

We had another amazing year taking some of our dads out for a Father's Day fishing trip! Spending the day at the park surrounded by family, friends and plenty of biting fish brought so much joy to everyone involved.

We were lucky to have cloudy skies, cool weather and great company to make for a perfect day outdoors. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this event so special. We cant wait to do this trip again next year!! ❤🌞🐟

🐝🍯 Thank you to Two Hives Honey for welcoming us to your bee farm for such a sweet and educational experience! We enjoyed tasting a variety of delicious honeys and discovering the wonderful foods and pairings that complement them. From learning about the incredible work bees do to understanding how honey is made, we gained so much knowledge and appreciation for these amazing pollinators. Most importantly, we had a wonderful time making memories together. Thank you for sharing your passion with us! 💛🌻🐝

A couple weeks ago we had the absolute honor of spending the afternoon at the Texas State Capitol with Carmen Tilton, MGPS, meeting with Representative Donna Howard.

We were grateful for the opportunity to discuss the growing need for dementia care services for families and communities across Texas, the importance of expanding resources and support, and the future of memory care.

As the number of individuals living with dementia continues to rise, these conversations are more important than ever. Together, we can help advocate for greater awareness, improved access to care, and innovative solutions that support those living with dementia and the families who care for them.
