Some of the most overwhelmed people I know are also the most capable.

They’re the ones everyone counts on.

They get the work done.
Take care of the kids.
Remember the appointments.
Answer the texts.
Solve the problem.
Keep showing up.

And because they’re so good at handling it, no one really asks if they’re okay.

Sometimes they don’t ask themselves, either.

There’s a strange thing that happens when you’ve been pushing through for a long time:

You start to mistake “I can handle this” for “I’m actually okay.”

They’re not always the same thing.

At The Hive, we’re not trying to make you better at carrying more and more.

We’re interested in helping you have more capacity for the life you’re already working so hard to create.

To actually 🐝 there for it.

To feel the good moments when they happen.
To have energy left for the people you love.

Every trip here seems to lead to another conversation, another introduction, another person curious about this work.

What started as a few visits is beginning to feel like a community.

And this trip confirmed it. 🙌🏼

The Hive isn’t just visiting Utah anymore.

We’re building in Park City + Riverton, bringing a different conversation about nervous system capacity, adaptability and what becomes possible when you have more of yourself available for your life.

Apparently even my matcha knows The Hive is already building in Utah. 🐝🍵

A little Sylvia Plath, a creek running through Park City, and one of those moments that reminds you that sometimes expansion doesn’t need to be forced.

You just follow what feels alive!

The Hive began with a belief that when we expand the capacity of one nervous system, the effects ripple far beyond that one person.

Into our relationships.
Our families.
Our work.
Our communities.
