Join us on TUESDAY, AUGUST 20, 2024 from 1:00-2:00pm at the Copperas Cove Public Library (501 South Main Street, Copperas Cove, TX 76522) for a Caregiver Support Group sponsored by Aspen Hospice-Temple. Join us for conversation and support.
*This meeting is open to the public and FREE of charge.
*You do not have to be affiliated with Aspen Hospice or “any” hospice to participate.

Aspens very own, beautiful liaison, Ashley Mungia-Baird shopping with residents of one of our partners. She spent a couple of hours helping them shop. One of the many reasons we love her.

As a leader, never take your people for granted; make it a priority to appreciate your team, appreciate their commitment to helping the organization navigate these troubled waters, value their contributions, and, most importantly, thank them for their excellent service.

A person who feels appreciated will always do more than expected because appreciation is one of life’s greatest motivators. Now more than ever, all of our employees need to be shown some level of recognition for the incredible sacrifice and inspiring work they perform every day during these unprecedented times.

When we take the time to let people know that we value them, it inspires them to continue doing even more and reinforces the habit for other people to do the same.
