Today we’re celebrating someone who has made our community shine for 28 incredible years — our amazing housekeeper, Maria!

For nearly three decades, Maria has cared for the residents of Brookdale Westlake Hills with kindness, dedication, and an ever-present smile. In fact, residents often “fight” over who gets Maria as their housekeeper because they know she’ll not only do an exceptional job, but she’ll brighten their day while she’s at it. Her warm heart, positive attitude, and genuine care for everyone she meets have made her a much beloved part of our community.

Maria, thank you for 28 years of hard work, compassion, and countless smiles. We are so grateful for you and proud to celebrate this incredible milestone. You truly are a Brookdale Westlake Hills treasure! Please join us in congratulating Maria on 28 wonderful years!

Every Quilt Has a Story… and we were amazed by the stories we discovered!

Nearly 20 residents and associates shared their quilts with us, each one showcasing incredible creativity, craftsmanship, and the personal memories woven into every stitch. Together, they gave us a special glimpse into the moments, traditions, and experiences that inspired these treasured creations.

What a wonderful reminder that every quilt has a story… and every person has a story worth sharing.
