According to Chinese Medicine, this New Moon relates to Kidney energy. Acupuncture will encourage balance of this Water element system during this session - lean into their vulnerable nature and nurture them with acupuncture and healing vibration. Kidneys are your primary source of vitality and essence (jing) in TCM. 💦

This event hosted by Jennifer and The Road begins with gentle yoga nidra to settle into an aware state of meditative rest combined with supportive acupuncture. As your intentions are activated, the sound bath journey begins. 🌕
