From Biopsies to Blepharoplasties.
Did you know that our procedure rooms are equipped to handle a wide range of surgeries and procedures? We can perform everything from blepharoplasties and biopsies to ptosis repair. In fact, most of our procedures can be completed in one of our procedure rooms.

Today, our wonderful patient had a small lesion removed for biopsy by Dr. Vikram D. Durairaj and his medical assistant, Paola.

TOC has five locations and thirteen satellites, ensuring that exceptional patient care is accessible to everyone.

Our lovely 67-year-old patient was referred to Dr. Vikram D. Durairaj due to her concerns about the laxity and hooding of her upper eyelid skin. During her personalized consultation, it was determined that a combination of functional and cosmetic surgery would achieve the desired results.

Dr. Durairaj performed a functional upper blepharoplasty & ptosis repair, along with a cosmetic brow lift at our onsite surgery center. This case highlights the importance of recognizing each patient's unique needs and expectations. Relying solely on functional surgery would not have achieved the results she was hoping for. She is absolutely delighted with her natural-looking outcomes.

We are truly honored that she chose TOC Eye and Face for her care.

A Culture of Learning at TOC

Throughout the day, the atmosphere at TOC fosters continuous learning and support. Our two ASOPRS Fellows rotate alongside our surgeons during their two-year fellowship at TOC, with each rotation unveiling new techniques or valuable “pearls” of wisdom that they carry forward. Additionally, TOC is proud of our Dell Medical School Professors & Faculty in the Ophthalmology Department.

It’s never too late to enhance your vision and see your surroundings more clearly. Our amazing patient, who is 86 years old, saw Dr. Tanuj Nakra for a droopy left eyelid. After his ptosis repair, he not only looks more symmetrical, but his field of vision has vastly improved. His post-operative photo was taken at his one-month follow-up appointment. We are honored he selected TOC for his care
