I’ve learned to think of my emotions as energy in motion. If everything is energy... well, our emotions are energy too.
Emotions = energy in motion is a way to think of how to best process your feelings. Recognize them, name them, feel them, let them move through you... notice WHAT you notice. Did you like that energy? Was it good did it lift you up? If so, create more of it. If not, purposefully change it 💖
