My PINK/Victoria’s Secret perfume collection used to be poppin’ when I was young, you hear me?! 🥹 Now I want to add them to my grown up collection lol! Please tell me I wasn’t the only one with a perfume collection from here! What was your favorite scent?!

I don’t know what it was about PINK by Victoria’s Secret but girl that was my store as a teen! Maybe because I couldn’t wear anything from VS except the perfumes and lipglosses 🤭 but this was my store for my comfy clothes, leggings, accessories and more!! Also, Garage was another place that I LOVED going to to get my basic and solid outfits! I’m so happy they’re still in business and shoot I might get a few things for myself! 😆

Ahhhh the memories!! Like and follow for more and of course I can’t forget about her brothers either!!

New Week, New Series: Regulating Motherhood • Because us Moms should strive to operate from a regulated nervous system by any means necessary! 😩🙏🏿

Since studying the body while trying to get into nursing school has opened my eyes to a lot especially when it comes to stress and how it impacts our overall health.

As moms, we have a lot on our plates while raising children, take care of home and business but trying to remember who we are and pour into us. It’s a hard balance that you wouldn’t understand unless you’re in these trenches 😮‍💨

As someone who has struggled with an unhealthy amount of stress, I’ve learned ways to help me to have a regulated nervous system while mothering. Although everyday isn’t easy or the same, these have been a game changer and I had to share in case you need to do the same.

All my Millennial parents, ima need for us to teach and show our kids the greatness that we had and experienced growing up! They have no idea how good we had it! 😩😅

My Big Girl is almost in her Teen Era so I thought it would be cool to take her to some of my favorite stores that I used to shop at as a teen! Man, the nostalgia was too real and has me wanting to shop at these places again at my big age! 🥲

Let me know in the comments what other stores or brands I should take her to or buy for her that we had growing up! Also, please Millennial parents, we need to do our part to keep our kids and the next generation aware of our great things we got to experience beyond the devices. But that’s another convo for another day! 🤍

I know everyone is excited to lock in and share what needs to be done for a successful lock in or what you “should” be doing to be successful or unrecognizable. Please do what works for you sis. Honestly, lock in with God this season. It’ll be better than you can imagine and what’s actually meant for you..not like anyone else. 🙏🏿✨

All my Austin area and Central Texas darlings, Scheels is now open in Cedar Park so come with me and my family to unexpectedly visit lol!

Yall know we love all things sports and outdoors so now we have another cool store to visit for our family adventures but also for family fun as well. I mean a Ferris wheel, restaurant, amazing brands and more? Yeah we will definitely be back to enjoy it to the fullest!

Our first time tubing as a family to add to our family memories! ☑️

This was our first time ever tubing and it was so much fun. Apparently, Texas State Tubes is known for having the best and longest tubing experience in the area and it definitely was!

Took us about 3+ hours to complete from beginning to the end floating down the San Marcos River, the vibes were fun and it was a great experience together! Highly recommend if you want to do something fun and interesting with your friends, family or kids! If you take your kids, please make sure they wear a life jacket..some spots were fast, some were deep so PLEASE keep them safe out there in the river!
