Last night making my playlist I just got this urge that today was gonna be all about power (Beyonce inspired haha). The power you hold, the power you are and not apologizing for being that person.

For those 11 of you in class this evening, you took up the space, you were power, you were IT. The confidence, the vibe, the riding as one was so powerful and the flow in each and every one of you nailing the combo, beautiful! Not all classes will feel perfect, not all playlists will be the best but today was one of those good ones so we have to acknowledge it.

Such a special class and so happy we keep growing together whether it’s just 2 of us or 22 of us.
