Are you interested in becoming an Iyengar Yoga instructor but unsure of where to start?

A group of students local to the Austin area have begun to practice together to help each other prepare. Some students may go up in the first year or two and some may take longer. There is no rush. I’m not spearheading this, just spreading the word, and I’ll be around a little to give feedback as a student.

✨ New✨ Sunday 6:15-7:15pm class at starts today! Restorative Ropewall where we will lay on bolsters and use the ropes to traction our spines & stretch our legs and we will use gravity as a prop!
