$5 dollar suggested donations :) for yogis on a budget
Mondays- 4:30 to 5:30pm
Wednesdays- 12:00 to 1 pm
Fridays-10:00 to 11am

Teaching at 3b Yoga

Tuesday- 7:30pm to 8:30pm A shortened version of the Traditional Primary Series – all the benefits, half the time! 60 min. Some Sunday evenings for the meditation class

Coming back to teaching yoga when there is still a pandemic means that we need to enhance our teachings to include more verbal cues. Physical adjustments can and are powerful ways to help us learn how to get into a pose or how a pose can feel. A verbal adjustment that "clicks" for a practitioner and allows them to understand how to connect to their own body in such a way can be just as powerful if not more so.

Catch me at Monsoon Dance tomorrow morning at 8:30am. Let's lubricate those joints so you can go at full speed for your weekend ;)

Excited to come back to Monsoon Dance to share some yoga with you all again!

Starting next month Saturday's at 8:30am we will kick our weekends off right with some breath, movement, and laughs.....don't worry we will start off slow as I know the body needs to wake up before folding yourself into pretzels ;)

Just remember situations like these are the reason we practice. We learn to find space in uncomfortable situations on our mat so that we can learn to find them off. While we practice at home please continue to join the Monsoon Dance community online :) just breathe, eat some local grub, practice, stay home and wash your hands- namaste 🙏💝
