Kadampa Meditation Center Austin offers meditation classes and Modern Buddhism study programs in Austin and the surrounding areas. You do not need to be a Buddhist to attend the classes, or to benefit from the techniques taught. You can drop-in whenever you wish. The classes are easy to follow and do not need prior knowledge or experience. You don't need to bring anything but yourself! Drop in any

We remember our Founder, Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s kindness every day but from time to time we come together to spend focused time together in prayer as we strengthen our relationship with our holy Spiritual Guide. During this one-day retreat, we offer Venerable Geshe-la our faith with minds of rejoicing and gratitude. Everyone is welcome to join in. There is no charge.
