2. What is the colour of the water

If your pregnancy  is less than 37weeks, you need to go to the  hospital  almost immediately.
If your pregnancy  is more than 37 week, here is what to do.

1. Note the time  and colour the water breaks
2.Grab a sanitary pad (NOT a tampon). 🛑
Put on a pad to stay comfortable and catch the fluid. Do not put anything inside your va**na right now.
3.Call your midwife of doctors immediately  with that information
4. Take a shower not a bathtub bath.
5. Don't  panic but let your spouse or your support  system know.

One of the most vulnerable moments in a woman's life is when she is pregnant.
It's is now very bad when she does not have a support system.

I came from a country where getting where a woman can be pregnant but it takes a village to care for the baby. The thought that she has a support system makes her even more confident but when there's no support anywhere brings and even .

I have experienced both birthing within my home country and birthing outside my home country, I know truly what that support is to a pregnant woman.

Next time you see a pregnant woman, offer support she definitely needs it.
