One of the most vulnerable moments in a woman's life is when she is pregnant.
It's is now very bad when she does not have a support system.

I came from a country where getting where a woman can be pregnant but it takes a village to care for the baby. The thought that she has a support system makes her even more confident but when there's no support anywhere brings and even .

I have experienced both birthing within my home country and birthing outside my home country, I know truly what that support is to a pregnant woman.

Next time you see a pregnant woman, offer support she definitely needs it.

The best thing any child needs right now is a healthy mom.

MAY IS MATERNAL MENTAL HEALTH MONTH.

Sometimes when you are drawn to something of value or purpose, you left a while ago even with being offered fee for that service is a reminder that there's a great need in that space.

This time few months ago I was pregnant again after eight years of enjoying my unpregnant body
At this time, I needed all the care, all the attention all the love because I just had alot on my plate.

The truth is, every pregnant woman you meet is carrying more than you can see. The best thing you can offer is kindness, patience, and love.
