Have you heard of black garlic?.
First of all, if you enjoy garlic at all, this is delectable. Almost a savory treat..
It is raw, fermented (high temperature and high humidity conditions) for a couple of months (time varies). In that time it turns a black color — takes on an almost sweet taste — and develops a softened texture. Could smear it on buttered toast for instance 🤤.
Natural anti-inflammatory:
Which may prevent inflammation in the brain (and other parts of the body) that contributes to neurodegenerative diseases. And if we can reduce inflammation, maybe can reduce risk..
Antioxidant content:
Antioxidants are compounds that protect cells from oxidative damage — and black garlic has a higher antioxidant content that regular raw garlic — when allicin (the compound that gives garlic its pungent taste) is fermented, more antioxidants are produced..
Anti-cancer properties:
Researchers have found black garlic extract to be toxic to some cancers — including breast, lung, liver, and stomach. And that it may cause certain cancer cells (in the colon, stomach, and leukemia) to start dying — as well as it may reduce the growth of these cancers..
Liver protective:
In rat models, studies have shown black garlic extract to be protective in the event of acute liver injury — preventing further damage. Another rat study found that black garlic extract was able to lower AST/ALT (bio markers that can be indicative of liver damage)....

I vehemently oppose any industry that does this to human babies (and even animal babies) for “research”.
•••
Remember, THIS IS WHAT OUR IMMUNE SYSTEMS ARE FOR.
•••
This is from an interview Dr. Theresa Deisher (genetic engineer, president of (biomedical research organization — goal of ending human trafficking), and prior to Sound Choice work she worked in the pharmaceutical industry (from basic human biology through clinical trials) — did with for about vaccines, their “safety” (or lack there of), the outlook for a koh-vid vax, and more.
•••
I would recommend listening to the interview — a lot of which is hard to stomach (but it doesn’t make it any less true).

Women who eat a diet rich in fresh fruit 🍉 , fish 🐠 , nuts, and veggies 🥬 before and during pregnancy 🤰 may cut the risk of their baby developing a heart ♥️ problem, according to new data.⁣

The link is suggested by a study of 19,000 women in the US who were asked about their diet in the year leading up to pregnancy.⁣
In the study, published in Archives of Diseases in Childhood Fetal & Neonatal Edition, half of the women had babies with heart problems while the other half did not.⁣

When the researchers compared the diets of these two groups they found a healthier maternal diet was associated with a lower chance of congenital heart defects.⁣

Pregnant women in the top 25% (quartile) of diet quality, had a lower risk of having a baby with certain heart defects than those in the bottom 25%, even after accounting for other factors such as whether the mother took folic acid or was a smoker.⁣

Yet another example as to why just taking a prenatal isn't enough when pregnant. A balanced diet with the right foods has to be a focus too. Broken record, I know....⁣
