Goodbody Wellness was founded in 2019 and it has been on the mission of delivering the best care possible since. But when I reflect on what makes this business great… it’s the clients. As the founder and practitioner, I get to spend my day with THE BEST of Austin. I’m moved and inspired by my clients everyday. Sedona Rising! What a magical place 😍

A huge thank you to our amazing retreat leader , the founder behind . What an incredible weekend you curated! With the most incredible women 💕✨💕✨ I think everyone got the medicine they needed from the land, the views, the hikes, the sounds, the house, the food, the reflection, the laughter, the fun and oh so much more 💫🙏

It was an honor to share one of my favorite movement practices, qi gong, with our crew. Perfect way to greet the day and warm up for a hikes!! What an opportunity.

This is a hard lesson to learn… been there😩 Unraveling burn out or recovering from chronic fatigue requires focus on nervous system regulation. How can you find more opportunities to regulate rather than stress the system in your routine. It doesn’t require putting your life completely on hold… but it can be a new way of operating and big mindset shift! Will share some of my fave tips here soon.

Hint: Acupuncture is awesome for this kind of work 😊✨😎 ALWAYS intending to get into a parasympathetic state💫
