Two years ago, after visiting Ubuntu in Kenya, our dear friends Mariel O'Brien & knew how badly we wanted to bring more color and life to the walls of our Children’s Wellness Center. So they made a promise: they would come back, bring a team, and make it happen. 🤎

And two years later… they did.

They gathered an incredible group of 20 people, traveled all the way to Kenya, rolled up their sleeves, picked up paintbrushes, and completely transformed the walls of our beloved Ubuntu Life Foundation Children’s Wellness Center.

We painted. We laughed. We cried. We celebrated. We got messy. We loved BIG. And somewhere along the way, this became about so much more than painting walls.

It was about friendship. Community. Keeping promises. Showing up for one another. And what can happen when a group of people comes together with open hearts and a willingness to give.

Every bit of color on these walls now carries a memory and our kiddos, families and team will feel the love that went into them for years to come.

Mariel & Ali, thank you for helping us dream this up, for keeping your promise two years later, and for bringing together such an extraordinary group of humans. And to this amazing team of 20: THANK YOU for traveling across the world to bring your energy, joy, creativity and BIG LOVE to our Ubuntu community.

We laughed, we cried, we celebrated, we painted, and most of all, we LOVED… BIG.

We love you guys so much. You will forever be a part of these walls and this Ubuntu family. 🤎
