Hebrews 10:39 says,

We support each other by training our physical bodies to be in top physical shape to handle any competition or challenge. But, we do not stop there. The physical is directly related to the spiritual. A great physique is useless with a weak spirit. So we train our spirits to honor God and live as spiritual leaders to our families, friends and community.
