Hi everyone, I am now collaborating with Riding Club of Austin to offer Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) for adults and adolescents.

Working alongside horses helps clients gently access nervous system regulation, relational patterns, and attachment wounds in real time without pressure to explain or perform. The horse’s attuned, honest responses foster safety, trust, and embodied awareness, supporting deep emotional repair and authentic connection. This approach is especially effective for high-functioning adults seeking healing that feels grounded, relational, and transformative.

For teens, this modality can create a warm, welcoming space where they can slow down, feel understood, and just be themselves. With the gentle presence of horses, teens are supported in building confidence, emotional balance, and trust at their own pace. The experience feels less like “therapy” and more like connection. This can assist teens in feeling calmer, more capable, and less alone as they navigate life’s challenges.

This group is for women in their 20s who want to feel more connected with their peers. In this bi-weekly process group we will explore topics like: managing new responsibilities related to work and/ or college student roles, imposter syndrome, family relationships, romantic relationships, dating, etc. If you’re a 20-something who finds your current stage of life a bit isolating and are longing for deeper connection from other women, this may be the group for you! This group is for women who have a history of eating disorders or disordered eating behaviors and are currently in recovery.
