Spent the day diving deep into Repetitive Stress Injuries with an amazing class led by Thomas Damron . We covered everything from the physiology of RSIs, why they occur, how they heal, and most importantly, how to prevent and manage them in the future. 💪✨ I also learned practical strength, mobility, and self-massage techniques to not only help myself but also provide better care for my clients dealing with RSIs.

Always striving to improve because there’s always one more thing to learn. 🌿

In honor of , I want to share three important lessons I learned that made all the difference in my breastfeeding journey:

Get Help Early: If something doesn't feel right or you're having any trouble with your latch, don’t hesitate to reach out to an IBCLC.

Laid Back Breastfeeding Position: This position can be a game-changer if you're having a hard time getting a good latch. Allowing baby to be in control to use their natural feeding reflexes gives for a better latch and less ni**le soreness.

And remember, don’t quit on a bad day. Give yourself and your baby grace, seek support, and then decide how to move forward when you’re mind is feeling clearer.
