Come gather, connect, and get curious together! We'll be watching a short documentary, Secret of Water, based on the research by Dr. Masaru Emoto. A fascinating exploration of how focused thoughts and intentions affect the crystalline structure of water. It'll make you think, wonder, and see the world a little differently.

Feel free to bring popcorn and snacks! 😋
after the film, Traci will lead a lively and open discussion. This is also a wonderful opportunity to meet our newest team member and welcome her into our community.

✨This past weekend’s sound healing was something truly special 💖

We are so honored to have held space for ‘s final sound performance in Austin before he begins his new chapter in Florida. It has been such a gift to work alongside him… to witness his presence, to experience his passion for healing through sound, and his loving energy have all left a lasting imprint on our community.

🥹 While we’ll miss him here, we’re excited for what’s in store and we know this isn’t goodbye, just “see you later.” Our doors are always open for his return whenever he feels called back ✨

And … we’re already looking forward to welcoming you back in a new way! We are looking forward to future collabs and having your incredible talent back in the studio!! 🎶🙌🏽

Ashtanga is traditionally the practice and recognition of 8 yogic limbs.

Many people are familiar with Ashtanga Vinyasa, the physical sequence, but this is just one expression of a much broader path.

What makes the full 8-limb practice so resonant is that it weaves together so many aspects of life—breath, grounding, movement, stillness, mindfulness, ethics, and tradition—giving us a chance to observe, to evolve, and to grow.

Through this tradition we can explore one aspect of life at a time, while also being reminded to hold grace, compassion, understanding, and forgiveness. To have a guide, and yet release our expectations.

Join us next time for Ashtanga Vinyasa Part II where we will be focusing on the stretches in seated series and into the inversions.
