Ashtanga is traditionally the practice and recognition of 8 yogic limbs.

Many people are familiar with Ashtanga Vinyasa, the physical sequence, but this is just one expression of a much broader path.

What makes the full 8-limb practice so resonant is that it weaves together so many aspects of life—breath, grounding, movement, stillness, mindfulness, ethics, and tradition—giving us a chance to observe, to evolve, and to grow.

Through this tradition we can explore one aspect of life at a time, while also being reminded to hold grace, compassion, understanding, and forgiveness. To have a guide, and yet release our expectations.

Join us next time for Ashtanga Vinyasa Part II where we will be focusing on the stretches in seated series and into the inversions.

Hey everybody welcome back from the Austin, Texas FREEZE! We are super excited to have been able to reschedule .living to this coming Saturday for our 🪶Shamanic Journey from 2:30-4PM. It is going to be an amazing event where we talk more about shamanism—what that is and do an experiential journey into connecting with our annual spirit guide. Be sure to up now, registration is up!

Get ready for 1/1/1 tomorrow!!! We are hosting our 2nd Annual NEW YEAR DAY event at the studio and are excited to feature Surround Sound Healing with and 🙌🏽

Class begins at 11 AM with Breathwork followed by 108 Surya Namaskar A led by promptly at 11:11 AM.
