Performed Achilles tendon repair using a mini-open incision, with the .ankle PARS system.

What Tendons should NOT look like! Two different patients (both under 35 years old!). Each has a Peroneal tendon tear. Flattened appearance with fraying and strands. They were dealing with continued swelling, burning discomfort and functional pain. Primary repair is the best course of action to ensure long resolution.
