If you know me, you know I’m a foodie. 😁

I’m a firm believer that spiritual evolution begins with our bodies.

If we want to raise our frequency - we require high vibrational food rich in nutrients.

Our food builds who we are from the inside out.

This is the first time I’ve tried Farro. I like the chewy texture- it’s like a mix between Israeli couscous & bulgur.

Farro is a nutrient-dense ancient grain from the wheat family that originated in the Middle East and is now a staple in Mediterranean cuisine. It is not gluten free, so should not be eaten by those with gluten sensitivity.

I just threw this salad together but I’ll share the basic ingredients and proportions with you.

First, soak 1 cup of Farro overnight. This makes the grains more digestible.

The next day strain and cook in 2 cups of water until all of the water is evaporated, and the grains are well cooked.

Roast one large beet until tender. I don’t peel it or anything. I just throw it in the oven whole and peel it when it’s done.

Fiinely chop some fresh fennel bulb, and cucumber about 1/2 cup each. Chop a few cherry tomatoes. I used heirlooms.

The dressing : in a food processor, put three cloves of garlic, half a cup of olive oil, about a cup of fresh Italian parsley, and half a cup of cilantro, the juice of half a lemon, a splash of red wine vinegar and a splash of balsamic vinegar and about a teaspoon of honey. Whiz that until smooth.

Cube the roasted beet, add all the veggies to the grains and mix in the dressing well. You can top the salad with fresh fennel fronds and crushed walnuts.

A delicious way to show your body L💚VE.

My favorite way to wake is outside with the sun….and my cats. 💛

So weather permitting (or sometimes even in the rain & snow) I begin my day that way.

I believe that’s how we are supposed to be living, in harmony with nature. Rising with the Sun, letting it shine on us in the morning- awakening not just our senses, but our pineal gland as well.

Feet on the Earth, grounding us and filling us with her healing energy & harmonizing with the energy of the Sun.

Most people I know end and start their day with their phone. Put it down- it can wait! All it does is bring imbalance to your system to live that way.

Start and end with the Sun and Moon instead.

Glastonbury. 🌹💚

We are home, but none of us are the same.

We are a sisterhood now, forever bonded by your sacred medicine.

I am learning that she will not allow me to speak of her to those not ready…..and if I do they cannot receive.

I did not realize the potent holiness of this place.

The place of the first church erected by MM & Joseph of Arimathea.

The place where for thousands of years before ancient people pilgrimaged.

Holy healing waters flow here in abundance, as well as healing tears. You will release if you come to this land. You will be changed.

There is too much to put into words. This place. This healing and holy place has my heart.

I am not the same as I was before. And I am so thankful. Blessed. Beyond grateful to have been called to her lands. 💛🕊️🧚🏻🐉

And so grateful for the sisters who trusted me with this Sacred Journey. 🤍

If I had to choose just one plant ally… it would be nettle 🌿

She is nourishment in its purest form…a deep, grounding tonic for the entire body.

Rich in minerals, supportive to the blood, strengthening to the nervous system, and gently detoxifying… nettle is deeply restorative.

When energy feels stagnant, heavy, or blocked… nettle brings movement.
When the body feels depleted… she replenishes.

And the most beautiful part?

Nettle isn’t just medicine… she’s food.

Two of my favorites:

Nettle & potato soup — deeply grounding, mineral-rich, and truly rebuilding.
Nettle pie (like a spinach pie) — simple, earthy, and richly delicious.

This is the kind of medicine I trust most… the kind you can find in your backyard.

Drink her as tea.
Cook with her.

Let her rebuild you from the inside out.

Have you worked with nettle before? 🌱

Hello beautiful souls!

It’s been a minute since I’ve shared anything. We have our Glastonbury trip in just two weeks and I’ve been deeply steeped in preparations and Mentorship clients.

And….I’ve been finding social media a lot less fun lately, and this year for me is all about going with the flow of what nourishes my Soul. In living this way, I am better able to serve my clients, students and tend the Temple.

I wanted to share this beautiful dish with you. Every once in a while I create something amazing. During Mooncycle time I find myself craving nutrient dense meals even more, and this one definitely hits the spot!

Curried Quinoa & Tempeh with Roasted Broccoli & Sweet Potato topped with a creamy Tahini Fig dressing.

Toast 1/2 c. Quinoa with 1 tsp curry powder. Then cook as normal.

Roast a whole sweet potato until carmelized. Roast olive oil tossed broccoli about 5 minutes.

Toss tempeh with olive oil, garlic powder, lemon and curry powder. Bake for about 10 minutes.

Combine 1 T. Tahini, 1 T. Plain Greek yogurt, 1 dried fig, 1 clove garlic, juice of 1/2 lemon and 1 T. Maple syrup in blender. Blend until fluffy and creamy.

Toast and crush a few almonds.

Combine & enjoy!

Think I should publish a Temple cookbook?? It’s something I’ve been thinking about for a while. Let me know if you would be interested!

So many false spiritual preachers out there.

Real spiritual evolution isn’t about how you act when you know others are watching

It’s revealed behind closed doors…
in the moments when you think no one is listening or watching,
when you’re triggered, tired, disappointed, or not getting your way.

Who are you then?

It’s easy to speak love and peace.
It’s another thing to embody it when you’re uncomfortable.

It’s easy to preach understanding.
It’s another thing to choose it when you feel hurt or challenged.

This is where integrity is found.

Spiritual maturity is not performance.
It’s consistency and alignment between your words, your actions, and your inner world.

Baseline integrity.
That’s the work.

And it doesn’t happen in front of an audience…
it happens in the unseen moments that shape & show who you really are.
