š„ This is a big topic, I know. And not an easy one to address.
In the last few years, Iāve held space alongside and for women who have been hurt by the unhealed wounds of other women.
Weāve all, at some point in our lives been perpetrators and victims. The responsibility to heal our Shadows, especially when stepping into leadership, is fully ours.
Weāve all messed up, made mistakes and done things we regret or werenāt in the highest vibration. With honest & heart centered reflection, this is how we grow.
And let me tell you- nothing will pull out every Shadow, every Inner Critic and every Trigger you have like being a leader.
And the truth is- if you havenāt learned to sit with that, regulate yourself and respond from a place of fully illuminated introspection and emotional maturity- navigating all perspectives and sides of a story- you are not ready for leadership.
If you are not in control of your own Inner Voice- the one that loves to make assumptions, to project what others may be thinking and doing, the one who wants to blame - you are not ready for leadership.
Iāve witnessed so much toxicity in Womenās spaces - especially in these roles that carry deep responsibility.
The truth is, Women- we need to hold each other in a vibration of love & respect.
Gossip, projection, miscommunication, reactivity- these things have no place in sacred spaces that women create.
If we are truly desiring to balance the masculine and feminine and to bring harmony to the outer World- we must first find balance within ourselves.
And remember - for every action there is a reaction and deeply & honestly examining your own role in anything being experienced must be undertaken.
It makes me deeply sad to witness women hurting each other when we should be healing each other.
Letās shift this!
The desire to create a safe space for women with healthy leadership is one of the biggest inspirations behind much of my work, including the creation of The Womb Medicine Circle.
Itās time to birth something new.
Join us this October and letās heal this collective wound together.
