My book Celestial Medicine is now available as an e-book and paperback.

This book was not written to impress.
It was written to help people understand their bodies, their emotions, and their healing in a deeper way.

It is a guide for those who feel deeply, who have carried a lot, and who are ready to return to safety within themselves.

This work is the culmination of decades in healing, sound, nervous system care, and spinal awareness — written for those seeking deeper understanding and embodied healing.

These are Dr Jay Polsky’s Gonstead tables.

Along with his tables, I was entrusted with Dr. Jay’s chiropractic books — a lifetime of wisdom placed into my hands.

I grew up in chiropractic rooms where bodies remembered their strength and Innate Intelligence was spoken of like sacred law. Jay was my mentor — a steady presence, a protector of the craft, and a living example of listening before correcting.

From this foundation, Celestial Medicine was born:

Stars to Spine — vibration and frequency walking beside the same Innate Intelligence he taught me to trust, and the same nervous system he taught me to hear.

I’m not replacing what he taught —
I’m carrying it forward in my own language.

Same roots.
Same torch.

This is my expression of the Art of Chiropractic —
spoken through frequency, presence, and the living spine.

This work does not replace chiropractic care — it supports the body’s capacity to settle, listen, and integrate.

Innate Intelligence is a foundational concept in chiropractic philosophy, introduced by Daniel David Palmer and expanded by B.J. Palmer. It describes the body’s inborn wisdom — the natural intelligence that guides growth, healing, and adaptation from the moment we are born.

This intelligence communicates through the nervous system.
When that communication is clear, the body knows how to regulate, repair, and thrive.

Celestial Medicine meets this principle with sound and presence —
listening to the same wisdom through a modern nervous-system lens.

Celestial Medicine is a nervous-system approach that blends:
• chiropractic philosophy of Innate Intelligence
• sound & frequency medicine
• breath, presence, and body awareness

I view the spine as a living antenna —
the place where vibration, emotion, and structure meet.

Many symptoms are the language of unprocessed emotion (dissonance) held within the central nervous system.
Through sound, presence, and spinal awareness, this work helps the body soften what has been braced
and gives feeling a safe way — resonance — to move again.

My work walks beside chiropractic, not in front of it —
honoring its roots while expanding its art
with new tools for the modern nervous system.
