Ashleigh Hakes is an Immersive Experience Producer & Strategist, retreat leader, facilitator, and community builder based in Austin, Texas.

For more than a decade, she has worked at the intersection of personal transformation, intentional community, and experience design creating retreats, ceremonies, immersive events, and transformational spaces that help people move beyond simply learning something and actually experience it.

Through AH Empowers, Ashleigh mentors retreat leaders, facilitators, coaches, and visionaries in turning their wisdom into unforgettable experiences and sustainable experience-led businesses. She is the creator of the Idea to Impact Method and works with leaders through The Retreat Leader’s Journey, the Experience-Led Business Mastermind, consulting, mentorship, and experience production.

Ashleigh is the co-creator of Sacred Explorer Retreats, producing transformational destination experiences including retreats throughout Texas and internationally.

Her work is rooted in a simple belief: some things cannot be taught through information alone. They have to be experienced.
