Today, we pause to remember the incredible courage and sacrifice of the men who stormed the beaches of Normandy on June 6, 1944.

D-Day was more than a military operation. It was a defining moment in history that changed the course of the world and secured the freedoms we enjoy today.

At Austin Senior Living, this day holds a special place in our hearts. We are blessed to have three United States Navy veterans who call our house home. Caring for members of the Greatest Generation is one of our greatest privileges, and hearing their stories reminds us daily of the strength, resilience, and sacrifice that shaped our nation.

To our three Navy heroes, and to all the brave men and women who served, especially those who gave everything for our freedom, we thank you. Your legacy lives on, and your service will never be forgotten.

We remember. We honor. We are forever grateful. 🇺🇸⚓❤️

Some Friday nights are about speed… this one was about memories. ❤️🏁

Art got to take a little Friday evening ride in a Corvette with his son, and seeing that smile says it all. It’s moments like these that remind us that the simple things, a drive with family, the wind in your hair, and making new memories, mean the most.

There are moments that remind me exactly why we started Austin Senior Living.
I am so incredibly proud of this home and the amazing staff who make it what it is every single day. While many people may see it as a business, we see it as so much more. This is a home. A place where seniors who can no longer safely live alone can still feel comfortable, valued, loved, and cared for.
Our residents aren't just people we care for. They're family. They are greeted with smiles, compassion, laughter, and genuine love each day by some of the most dedicated caregivers I know. Our CNAs go above and beyond to make sure every resident feels seen, heard, and important.
Watching those special moments, the smiles, the conversations, the hugs, and the friendships that happen within these walls fills my heart with gratitude. This home exists to support families, provide peace of mind, and create meaningful moments for those who have given so much throughout their lives.
Thank you to our incredible team for loving our residents like family. This is what Austin Senior Living is all about. ❤️🫶🫂

Art spent part of his day relaxing out back, soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the peaceful backyard. Some of the best moments aren’t complicated, they’re spent sitting outside, sharing a smile, and enjoying a beautiful Arkansas day.
