Over the past two years, I’ve spent a lot of time learning theories, interventions, and clinical skills.
I’ve spent even more time learning myself.
When I sat down to write this, I realized the story wasn’t really about graduate school. It was about everything that happened while I was in graduate school, and how those experiences shaped both the person and clinician I’m becoming.
This is probably one of the most personal things I’ve written.
