Today, he’s living a beautiful life in recovery.

Jenna Ward, Director of Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) at Infinite Recovery, shares the remarkable story of a client who came into care with so much working against him.

Our Clinical Outreach Team at Infinite Recovery works across Texas to help bridge the gap between needing help and actually getting connected to care.

They’re in hospitals, treatment centers, therapists’ offices, and communities building relationships, navigating resources, advocating for patients, and helping families figure out what comes next.

Because when someone is ready for help, knowing where to turn - and having the right person answer - can make all the difference.

This is Clinical Outreach. And this is one incredible team.

“My first and last experience with meth…”

Kelsey Griffith, our Clinical Outreach Specialist in Houston, sits down with Kyle Baca, our Sr. Clinical Outreach Specialist in Dallas, and shares a story from her own experience with addiction - one that became terrifying very quickly.

What she thought would simply “hold her over” when opioids weren’t available quickly turned into paranoia, fear, and an experience she never wanted to repeat.

Today, Kelsey uses the lived experiences that once brought her to some of the darkest places in her life to connect with others and help people find a path toward recovery.

Kyle’s response says it all: “I’m glad you made it.”

He couldn’t picture his life getting better - so she helped him picture it.

Taylor Aselage, Director of Admissions at Heartwood Recovery, remembers speaking with a man who had become completely isolated. He wasn’t working. He wasn’t seeing friends. He had lost his sense of connection.

On that first call, Taylor asked him to imagine something different:
Laughing with other men. Playing basketball. Feeling connected. Feeling fulfilled.

A few days later, he came to treatment.

Now, she sees him smiling, working with his recovery coach, and building a life in recovery.

He’s thriving.

That’s the power of planting a seed of hope when someone may not be able to see it for themselves yet. 💚

🎉 Congratulations to Kyle Baca on his promotion to Senior Clinical Outreach Specialist!

Kyle’s journey with Infinite Recovery began as an Admissions Specialist, where he helped individuals and families navigate those critical first steps toward care. For the past two years, he has served as a Clinical Outreach Specialist supporting Dallas and the surrounding communities.

During that time, Kyle has built meaningful relationships with hospitals, psychiatric facilities, therapists, healthcare professionals, and community partners — particularly in areas where access to quality substance use treatment resources is needed most.

His ability to connect providers with resources, advocate for individuals who need support, and strengthen relationships throughout the Dallas community has made a lasting impact.

We’re proud to recognize Kyle’s continued growth and excited to see him step into his new role as Senior Clinical Outreach Specialist.

Today, on International Overdose Awareness Day, we remember the lives lost, stand with those who are grieving, and continue raising awareness that recovery is possible.

Madison Wrobel, our Vice President of Admissions & Sales, recently represented Infinite Recovery at Snohomish County’s Overdose Awareness Event, joining community members and advocates for an evening of remembrance, connection, and hope.

For Madison, being part of this event held special meaning and served as a reminder of why this work matters.
