High blood pressure, often called the 'silent killer,' is a major risk factor for stroke. Nearly half of American adults live with high blood pressure, many unaware of their condition. Getting your blood pressure checked regularly is crucial.

Here's why it matters:
❗ High blood pressure often shows no symptoms.
❗ Certain physical traits and lifestyle choices can increase your risk.
❗ Left untreated, it damages your circulatory system, elevating the risk of heart attack, stroke, and other serious health issues.

Take action this Stroke Awareness and Blood Pressure Awareness Month. Get informed, get checked, and take charge of your health. Make an appointment with your ARC Primary Care Physician or APC today: https://bit.ly/3QDxp6w
