*this all-levels vinyasa class is a slow-moving but physically challenging practice (think staying for 5 breaths in a pose). You will sweat. I encourage you in class to take the “easy” option of a pose. We don’t force, or compare, or push harder than we should. You can take breaks. I cue lots of options within the practice, so you can choose what serves your body best in the moment. We work on balance. We embrace the wiggles. This is a foundational practice that centers on functional strength and mobility; the type of practice that benefits you in ALL other movements 🧡 Come join our growing community.
