Our June employee of the month is Jamie King! Jamie is our evening shift laundry aide! The residents have nominated her for the last 3 months, so the department heads decided its her month to shine! The resident nominated Jamie because shes always willing to help with what she can, she gets laundry done and returned in a timely manor, and she always has a smile on her face! Congratulations Jamie! Enjoy your front row parking spot starting Monday! 🫶🏻

☀️🏖Day 5 of Nursing home week! 🏖☀️

The dress up day was "Summer fun day" and staff had a blast with it! We are all ready to hit the beach! Our wonderful Administrator Brian cooked some hamburgers, hot dogs, and brats on the grill for all the staff and residents!

The favorite activity of the day was Employee Whack-a-Mole! Or Whack-a-Staff as our DON Susan would say! Those videos will be in the comments!

Today was pajama day for the staff! Some of the residents wanted to join in and wear their pajamas also!

The staff also enjoyed donuts from Mederi Home Health! (I forgot to take pictures of them)

We are all so thankful for the Home Health and hospice companies that bring goodies in for our staff and residents!

Today's dress up day was 80s/90s Rock, so to coincide with that the residents played "name that 80s tune" in the morning, and in the afternoon all the staff and residents got ice cream Sundaes!
