Andrea’s research brought us back to a restaurant she worked for in her youth. The story starts in the country of Greece, where Nicfolis-Kotretsos started Olive trees in the town of Diassela in 1950. His family grew to four children that stayed involved in the business until 3 of his children moved to the Pocono Mountains area of Pennsylvania in 1974 where they own and operate their own restaurants. The youngest daughter remained in Greece and oversees the operations of the Olive tree and oil business.
We feel privileged to incorporate the use of this fine Extra Virgin Olive Oil in our products. We have bottled it up for you to experience the wonderful taste & quality for cooking, bread dipping, salve & whatever else you can think of!
