Last night I got to lead a sound bath for the Avon Lake Women's Club at The Lake House and it was everything 🥰

Candlelight, waves crashing in the background, and lots of fresh air. A room full of women who showed up to share their love of wellness, community, and each other. I got to meet several new residents from all over the country, which is always fun since I'm a transplant myself. They shared why they specifically chose Avon Lake and how they're settling into their new community.

I met so many incredible women, had the best conversations, and left feeling so full. Thank you to Cyndi and the whole team for putting together such a beautiful evening. You all made it so easy to just show up and do what I love.🤎

Oh, and the mayor and his lovely wife were there! How cool is that?

Hey friends! Looking for something special to do for the Full Moon?

Join me this Saturday, 8/9, from 8–10pm at Pop Life Cleveland for an evening of grounding + renewal. We’ll move through guided meditation, breathwork, and mindful movement, while I wrap you in a soothing, immersive sound bath to align your mind, body, and spirit.

This weekend’s Sturgeon Full Moon is all about resilience, authenticity, and trusting life’s natural cycles—making it the perfect time to release what’s heavy and step fully into your light. ✨

Feel free to message me with any questions.
