Run Smarter, Not Harder ‼️ workshop at BIM today was SO FUN!
We broke down exactly what efficient, injury resistant running actually looks like 🏃🏼♀️
Each participant received a complementary gait assessment ✔️

Then I taught my 3 non-negotiables for every runner:
✔️ Warm up for at least 10 minutes
✔️ Strength train running-specific muscles at least 1x/week
✔️ Keep ~80% of runs in an easy Zone 2 effort
