I can’t even believe how much rest I’ve needed after that last eclipse.

Maybe it was because the eclipse was next to my north node in Pisces. 🌊

Even though we are building & moving forward this year, we still need to slow down.

If we slow down, we can integrate the new energy & hear our intuition.

We can’t hear the message or have the creative idea when we are non-stop busy.

So the new high Virgo energy is having a plan, yet focusing on one step at a time so you choose the right step. So you choose what matters to your heart.

Slow down
One next intuitive step at a time
Rest & integrate
Listen for your truth & ideas
Care for yourself first
Process emotions, w**d out old thoughts, & one step at a time remove the clutter

Take care to feel safe & cared for, so you can move forward with ease & grace & flow…

Thanks Virgo & thanks Pisces - you are my teachers for sure.

I think it’s so beautiful that we are collectively moving into the higher qualities of Virgo energy.

We are moving into a new chapter of life.

This new life wants you to be more of your true self.

When you let go of needing to be perfect…

✨More of your true self can come out
✨Life becomes more playful
✨It’s easier to connect to your intuition & creativity
✨You can make space to care for yourself first
✨You can focus on the next best step & let that be enough
✨You can know that you are enough no matter what
✨You can move forward because work doesn’t take so long

When you are your true self, it ripples out into the whole collective.

That is way more important & way less boring than the perfect thing.

Breathe light into my mind when it’s stuck in the past.

Show & tell my mind it’s safe to try new ways of being.

It’s time to trust my wisdom & inner knowing.

It’s time to create from my heart.

It’s time to believe I always know my truth.

Unconditional love, reflection, & listening are needed.

I can process easily & quickly.

For the first time maybe ever I’ve managed to give myself some extra space during an eclipse week.

Pisces is about endings that make space for new beginnings.

We are ending a lot because we are moving into a brand new life.

Give yourself some extra space to let things end, to hear what’s true for you now, to process grief, & allow yourself some closure.

My daughter is more grown up, I’m preparing to move, & letting go of old parts of my identity. And so it is.

It’s a beautiful process.

Pisces knows how to listen to intuition, rest, allow, surrender, & let go. Ground yourself enough to feel safe in this process.

Something magical will takes it’s place.

Well first off I’m a Leo rising and I love Leo Season. ♥️🦁

My ruling planet is the sun & I love summer.

I love tapping into and looking at the energy before I live it.

And then I really love reflecting on how it played out for me.

I grew my confidence for sure, in such a way that I know it’s time to teach new things because I’m so comfortable.

I got to teach a workshop on the total new moon solar eclipse. I felt like I was born to teach that. It was powerful for me.

I also got to work with a lot of old thoughts that are getting in the way of moving forward. I’ve been doing this work for some time & the shift was loving that part of myself too.

The shift was being able to have space for the joys of summer & grieving my daughter being in high school & my house I’m selling.

I used to think it was one or the other & I see now my heart has space for all of it.

I am working though making more time in my day to care for myself first.

When I’m cared for - my light is brighter and I don’t have to work as hard. There is a lot to unravel here.

I know I deserve a life where my energy is cared for.

When I take time to get still, I get the best ideas. My heart tells me which one to focus on so I don’t get so overwhelmed.

This is the magic.

Listen to what your heart told you was important last month & now Virgo season will help you create it.

Would love to hear one thing you learned from a profound Leo season.

It was the launch forward to living in our hearts.

It helped me live as more of myself and that’s the best thing ever!

If I’m allowed to shine brighter so are you!

We are in the middle of eclipse season.

We are also in between worlds.

We are moving into a new paradigm where life is about the individual, where you live in your heart, & share your gifts.

It’s a lot on your mental, emotional, physical, & spiritual bodies.

The universe is saying it’s time to live as you were designed. To let your heart be your guide & your mind be the support staff.

Your mind is so powerful for helping your heart create something it desires.

It was never meant to run the show. Why?

Because it’s trying to protect you & keep you safe.

It’s part of your fight or flight. You were never meant to live in fight or flight.

As we finish this last week of Leo season, show your mind it’s safe to be seen & be your true self.

Practice listening to your heart every day.

Your heart knows your truth. Your mind has copied patterns.

Your mind will talk you out of the bold move that will help bring your dreams to life.

Use your mind to work on what your heart is ready to create.

Thank you everyone who came to our Total Solar New Moon Eclipse in Leo ceremony.

Of course the amazing weather had us being adaptable & switching decks.

It was like the thunder, the rain, the sunset, & all the noise around were part of the sound bath & Reiki… like they were a part of us shifting our energy.

Allowing ourselves to become someone new.

It felt like a door was opening into deeper parts of ourselves.

It felt like it’s time to step into a new identity & own it.

One that shines from our heart, from our truth, & own unique essence ✨🧘‍♀️

We moved from the Lionsgate portal - asking the universe for our intentions🙏🏽

Into the eclipse portal showing us what needs to heal, integrate, & be released so that we can become the person who can hold those visions & dreams.

Eclipse season is intense & can bring up so much to process.

Even though it’s for our highest good, it’s still hard to change & say goodbye (especially to parts of yourself).

It’s time for a rebirth, a new story, & a new timeline.

Please have extra rest, stillness, listening, and self love these next few weeks.

It’s moving you away from dimming your light to fit in, taking care of others before yourself, performing, & being fake.

It’s working with your ego to align with your higher self.
